PLAGIARSM
WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

refers to the act of taking an idea, writing or creation of another person and
proudly claiming it’s one’s work.

Assignments, articles, journals, product, etc.
HOW TO PREVENT PLAGIARISM?
🍀 Paraphrasing: Express the meaning of writer using different words especially to
achieve greater clarify.
🍀 Referencing: Provide (a book or article) with citations of authorities.
STEPS TO PARAPHRASING:
1) REWORD – place words by using
synonyms.
2) REARRANGE – active to
passive / passive to active.
3) RECHECK – make sure the
meaning is same as original topic.
