GOAL SETTING!
Future, when we start our 1st
semester, we must send all of our notes through Learning Management System
(LMS) which is at student portal. So if there is any wrong with it, we can ask
the HEA staff and they will help us with what we are struggling.

📌 Goals are the ends towards which we direct our effort. What we (YOU) want to achieve!
📌 Goals are important in varsity life
because they help motivate you to do work,
attend classes and study for exam.
📌 Even though you are already may have set some goals before in your
life, chances are you thought little about
whether those goals were realistic.
📌You can actually improve your
academic performance in university by learning
to set goals that motivate you to do well in the future.
CHARACTERISTIC OF GOALS
🚀 Goals should be SELF-CHOSEN
🚀 Goals should be MODERATELY CHALLENGING
🚀 Goals should be REALISTIC
🚀 Goals should be MEASURABLE
🚀 Goals should be SPECIFIC
🚀 Goals should be FINITE (Having Limits or bounds)
🚀 Goals should be POSITIVE

The word “SMART”! Successful goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.

3) What is short and long term goal?
🌙 A short-term goal is something you want to do in the near future. The near future can mean today, this week, this month or even this year. A short-term goal is something we want to accomplish soon.

4) What are your academic goal & personal goal?
My academic goal is to be awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Award soon. Then, I thought of continuing my studies; go for degree. And yes, I want to pursue Degree in Veterinary. Meanwhile my personal goal is to run out of pages in my passport LOL I love to travel and I just want to go to anywhere.

5) Your goals for the new semester.
🌷 Don’t procrastinate. I will start scheduling study time further in advance before exam
so I don’t have to spend hours and hours the few days before or the night
before trying to review all the material.
🌷 Take care of myself better. When I stress out, I tend to hold it all in and isolate myself. I
want to find better outlets to reduce stress. I want to take better care of
physically; getting more sleep, eating well and taking better care of my body.
🌷 Spend more time doing things that
are fulfilling. I want to be
able to balance my education and my life. I hope to dedicate more time to the
things that are truly made my time worth.
